As a Communications and Policy Fellow with Creative Commons USA in my last year of my Master’s degree program I was able to publish a few articles on their blog. I wrote about open educational resources with Amazon’s “Amazon Inspire” platform. This platform seeks to create a space for open collaboration so that teachers can “discover, gather, and share educational content,” hopefully making their lives easier and improving access to different materials virtually. I also wrote an article about the use of open educational resources by World Possible for educational programs in juvenile detention centers. To learn more about the programs and technology used by World Possible and the Oregon Youth Authority, please check out my article here.
